Dr. Ali H. Sayed, Professor of Electrical Engineering at UCLA, Joins Acorn Board of Advisors

Dr. Ali H. Sayed, Professor of Electrical Engineering at UCLA, has joined the Board of Advisors of Acorn Technologies, Inc. Other members are Dr. Thomas Everhart, former President of the California Institute of Technology, Dr. Forest Baskett, now a Venture Partner with NEA and for many years the CTO of Silicon Graphs, Dr. Paul Mockapetris, formerly chairman of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and the inventor of the Internet's Domain Name System (DNS), and Dr. Yoshio Nishi former Chief Scientist at Texas Instruments, IEEE Robert Noyce Medal Winner, and director of the Nanofabrication Facility at Stanford University.
Dr. Sayed established and directs the Adaptive Systems Laboratory at UCLA (www.ee.ucla.edu/asl).
